With this project we’ve explored contemporary expressions of row-house architecture. In this development, on the upper slopes of Table Mountain, private garages take access off a shared drive-aisle which in turn take access from one carriageway crossing. This allows for private gardens almost all the way along the street edge and pedestrian access to four separate front door entrances into each house directly from the sidewalk.
