Emily Place is a contemporary residential development comprising six modern townhouses situated on the border of Claremont and Newlands in Cape Town.
The project was designed to balance urban density with privacy and natural light, using layered façades, screened outdoor spaces and carefully framed mountain views to create a calm residential environment within a highly connected urban setting.
The architectural language combines clean contemporary forms with warm natural materials, including textured white plaster, timber screening and generous glazing. Each unit is arranged to maximise indoor-outdoor living while maintaining a strong sense of individuality within the broader development.
